judging you.

On Sunday we had some glorious weather here in Pennsylvania! It hit 40 degrees and was sunny and beautiful. When I got to the barn Dino and his roommate Digby were both laying down, napping in the sunshine. Too cute! Unfortunately, today we are back below freezing, but it was a nice glimpse of what is to come.

If you're feeling sick and tired of winter like many of us are, check out my friend Katie's new blog, This One Time At WEF. She's a Boston resident who just shipped her OTTB, Tucker, down to Wellington to show for a month. Live vicariously through her experiences and enjoy her excellent writing!

Meanwhile, I'll just be here waiting for the day when the ice melts and I can ride in my own outdoor or ship over to my trainer's without putting myself or my pony in dire peril.

  1. It's funny that you describe 40 as glorious, because it dipped down to 45 here yesterday and we all thought we were dying. Myself and Henry included. If anyone needs me I'll be inside waiting for the 70 degree weather to come back.

  2. It only got up to 35 out here, but we were all running around in just sweatshirts or fleeces because it felt soooo amazing!

  6. Yay a TB at WEF! :)

Omg. It was 28* on Saturday. I thought I might sweat to death. Actually did things at the barn without gloves on Sunday. What was that madness? Clearly it was a dream...
