The Trigger Has Been Pulled

More awesome to come with #LAE?!

Yesterday I dropped an envelope containing my registration form and payment for the Laine Ashker clinic in April. I made the decision based on a combination of cost (nearly half as expensive as Bobby Costello for 2 days of instruction), location (only a little over an hour away), and the fact that a very lovely acquaintance of mine is also going, and I'll be able to ship down with her and split travel costs.

So, I pulled the trigger on that one.

Gulp.

I am equal parts excited for the experience, and worried that Dino and I will not be up to snuff by the time the clinic rolls around.

We have 2 months to get back in fighting shape, but what isn't covered by snow around here is deep, wet, sloppy mud, which makes riding difficult. Thankfully I do have access to the indoor a day or two each week, but I'm a bit apprehensive about not being able to really ride at home on a daily basis.

I'm trying (unsuccessfully) to motivate myself to exercise out of the saddle, and at the very least I will keep on riding Dino up and down and up and down the hills at the farm.
