In Honor of Our Recent Return to Winter
A List of Things To Do When You Can't Ride Your Pony Because The Entire State of Pennsylvania Has Transformed Into The Ice Planet Hoth
Brush your pony. This is good for his coat, his circulation, and your arms!
Do carrot stretches. Treats make EVERYTHING fun!
Learn showmanship. We're still working on 'walk' and 'whoa'. It's harder than it looks.
Teach your pony to zip up your zipper with his teeth, on command. Teaching this maneuver using the fly of your jeans is not recommended.
Poke your pony's nose and tell him he's cute.
Clean your tack. Or don't.
Decide to brush out your pony's tail. Attempt to spray the tail with detangler. Manage a few feeble dribbles. Remember that it's 18 degrees out and your detangler is frozen. Give up, turn your pony back out, throw him some hay, and pray for a heat wave.
We still need to make him that zipper puzzle feeder!
